These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Leela Sakshi mobile application, website, digital content, card meanings, prompts, images, features, services, and related communications (“App” or “Service”).

The App is owned and operated by Taramita Collectives, under the brand name Leela Sakshi / The Leela Sakshi Oracle (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By downloading, accessing, browsing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

Leela Sakshi is a reflection, self-inquiry, journaling, and symbolic guidance tool. It is designed to support personal contemplation, creative thinking, emotional reflection, and inner inquiry.

The App may include card readings, card meanings, prompts, interpretations, symbolic content, spiritual or philosophical references, journaling features, saved readings, notifications, app updates, and related content.

The App is not intended to predict the future, diagnose conditions, replace professional advice, or make decisions on your behalf.

2. Not Professional Advice

The App does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment, tax, career, relationship, or other professional advice.

Any card meaning, interpretation, prompt, reflection, or guidance provided through the App is for personal reflection only.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, omissions, and interpretations. You should seek qualified professional help where appropriate, especially in matters involving health, mental health, money, law, safety, employment, relationships, or crisis situations.

If you are experiencing a medical, psychological, emotional, or safety emergency, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the App.

If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

The App is not specifically designed for children. We do not knowingly invite children to provide personal data through the App.

4. Your Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

1. copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, license, exploit, or commercially use any App content without our written permission;

2. scrape, extract, crawl, download, or bulk-copy App content;

3. use App content to train, fine-tune, test, prompt, benchmark, or develop artificial intelligence systems or datasets without our written permission;

4. reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, hack, interfere with, or disrupt the App;

5. misuse the App for fraudulent, unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or misleading purposes;

6. impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;

7. upload or transmit viruses, malware, harmful code, or disruptive material;

8. violate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity.

9. use the App in a way that harms our brand, systems, users, partners, or business interests.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App and its content belong to Taramita Collectives, Leela Sakshi, our licensors, artists, designers, authors, or authorised contributors.

This includes, without limitation:

1. card names;

2. card meanings;

3. interpretations;

4. prompts;

5. spreads and reading structures;

6. text;

7. symbols;

8. artwork;

9. illustrations;

10. app screens;

11. logos;

12. icons;

13. brand elements;

14. design systems;

15. written content;

16. audio, visual, and digital materials;

17. databases, compilations, and app structure.

You may use the App content only for your personal, non-commercial reflection.

No ownership rights are transferred to you by your use of the App.

You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, translate, publish, post, sell, distribute, record, scrape, train AI models on, or commercially exploit App content without our prior written permission.

Limited sharing of your personal reading results may be allowed only through sharing tools provided inside the App, subject to any limits we specify.

6. User Content

The App may allow you to enter, save, or generate personal notes, journal entries, reflections, questions, reading history, or other content (“User Content”).

You remain responsible for your User Content.

You confirm that your User Content does not violate any law, third-party right, privacy right, intellectual property right, or contractual obligation.

You grant us a limited right to host, store, process, display, and transmit your User Content only as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the App, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We do not claim ownership of your personal journal entries or reflections.

You should not enter highly sensitive information into the App unless you are comfortable doing so.

7. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payments

The App may offer free features, paid features, digital purchases, subscriptions, decks, readings, premium content, or related products.

Any purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another payment provider may be subject to that provider’s terms, payment rules, refund policies, and subscription cancellation processes.

Prices, features, subscription plans, and availability may change from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated, purchases are for personal use only and do not give you any commercial rights in the App content.

Refunds, cancellations, renewals, and billing disputes may be handled by the relevant app store or payment provider, depending on where the purchase was made.

8. Marketing Communications

You may choose to receive marketing emails, newsletters, updates, reflections, offers, launch information, product announcements, and related communications from us.

Marketing email consent is optional.

You can unsubscribe or opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us at [Insert Contact Email].

Even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send necessary service-related communications, such as account notices, transaction confirmations, security alerts, policy updates, or app-related administrative messages.

9. App Availability

We aim to keep the App available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuous access.

The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party service failures, network problems, app store issues, security concerns, or events beyond our control.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, update, or remove any part of the App at any time.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may use or link to third-party services, such as app stores, payment processors, analytics providers, email platforms, cloud hosting services, notification tools, or external websites.

We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, availability, security, or practices.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, availability, and suitability.

We do not guarantee that:

1. the App will meet your expectations;

2. the content will be complete, accurate, current, or error-free;

3. readings or interpretations will produce any specific outcome;

4. the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of defects;

5. any guidance will be appropriate for your personal circumstances;

6. any issue in your life will be resolved by using the App.

You use the App at your own discretion and risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taramita Collectives, Leela Sakshi, and their owners, team members, contributors, contractors, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or economic damages.

This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, emotional distress, business interruption, loss of opportunity, personal decisions, relationship outcomes, financial decisions, reliance on readings, or consequences arising from your interpretation or use of App content.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for use of the App in the three months before the claim arose, or INR 100, whichever is lower, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taramita Collectives, Leela Sakshi, and their owners, team members, contributors, contractors, partners, licensors, and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

1. your use or misuse of the App;

2. your violation of these Terms;

3. your violation of any law or third-party right;

4. your User Content;

5. your unauthorised copying, sharing, commercial use, scraping, or misuse of App content.

14. Privacy

Our collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.

Where required by law, we will seek your consent before processing your personal data for specific purposes.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify you through the App, email, app store update notes, website notice, or another appropriate method.

The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated above or from the date they are made available, unless otherwise specified.

Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

1. you violate these Terms;

2. required by law;

3. required by a platform, app store, payment provider, or regulator;

4. the App is discontinued;

5. we reasonably believe your use may harm users, the App, our rights, or our business.

After termination, provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution will continue to apply.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, the courts of Dehradun, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the App.

We will make reasonable efforts to respond to valid requests within a reasonable time, subject to applicable law.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms shown in the App, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.

20. Acceptance

By tapping “I Agree”, creating an account, using the website, using the App, purchasing content, saving readings, or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
